Sites we run, on retainer.

Bring an existing build onto our stack and keep it alive on a monthly retainer. Everything we maintain is something we own end-to-end.

Dynamis Digital — Maintain is the website and web-application care pillar of Dynamis Group. Two engagements: Migrate (one-off port onto our stack) and Maintain (monthly retainer with monitoring, dependency patching, light feature work, on-call coverage). Hosted on Cloudflare Workers by default. Month-to-month with thirty days notice — no hostage clauses. Migrate is the gate when bringing us a codebase we did not write.

Bundles

How we maintain.

Two engagements that work in sequence. Migrate is the one-off port. Maintain is the standing relationship. Everything we maintain is something we own — which is why Migrate is the gate when you’re bringing us something we didn’t write.

Migrate

Port what you have, properly.

A one-off engagement to lift an existing site or app onto our stack — content, assets, integrations, DNS and email all moved over to infrastructure we know. Required if you want us to maintain something we didn’t build.

  • Codebase audit
  • Content + asset port
  • DNS + email cutover
  • Pre-flight + rollback plan

Maintain

Most common

Ongoing care, monthly.

Reliable, small-batch improvements: patches, dependency updates, content edits, and a senior on call when something breaks at nine on a Friday night. Month-to-month, thirty days’ notice, no hostage clauses.

  • Monitoring + uptime watch
  • Patches + dep updates
  • Light feature work
  • 30-day cancel

FAQs

Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out to our support team.

Will you maintain a site you did not build?
Only after a Migrate engagement. We will not run a maintenance retainer on a codebase we have not audited and ported onto our stack — patching code we do not understand is how outages happen at midnight. Migrate is a one-off port (typically two to four weeks); Maintain is the standing relationship that follows.
How fast do you respond to incidents?
Production-down: within two hours during Australian business hours, four hours after-hours. Degraded performance or non-critical bugs: same business day. The retainer includes a written incident summary after every priority-1 event — what happened, what we did, what we changed to prevent recurrence.
Can I cancel?
Yes — thirty days notice in writing, no termination fees, no exit hostage. Source, repository access, deployment credentials and any custom infrastructure handover at no additional cost. The retainer exists because clients want us to keep running their site, not because we have locked them in.
What does the Maintain retainer cover?
Monitoring and uptime watch, dependency patches and security updates, light feature work and content edits, and a senior engineer on call when something breaks at nine on a Friday night. Month-to-month with thirty days notice — no hostage clauses, no twelve-month minimum. Heavier feature builds quote separately.
Where is hosting?
Cloudflare Workers by default — global edge deployment, included in the retainer for typical traffic profiles. Higher-volume sites or those with specific data-residency requirements may use Cloudflare Australia points of presence, AWS Sydney, or on-premises infrastructure under separate agreement. Hosting cost is itemised, not hidden.
