What does Dynamis Digital build?
Hand-coded informational sites and customer-facing web applications, plus agentic AI integrations (private LLMs, voice agents, ERPNext, workflow automation) plumbed into the systems clients already run. Every build ships with the source code and documentation transferred on completion — no licensing tax, no vendor lock-in.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Only after a Migrate engagement. We will not run a maintenance retainer on a codebase we have not audited and ported onto our stack. The Migrate gate exists so the senior on call at nine on a Friday night actually understands the system they are being asked to fix.
How do you charge for AI work?
Per project for the integration build, with the source and configuration handed over on completion. Optional monthly retainer for ongoing care. No per-seat licensing on the open-source models we deploy (Llama, Mistral, Qwen). The strategy question — "should we even be doing this?" — sits with Dynamis Advisory, not Digital.
Where is Dynamis Digital based?
Melbourne, Victoria. The team is based at 470 St Kilda Road. Delivery is virtual-first across Australia — Melbourne, Geelong, Surf Coast, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide. On-site engagement can be arranged for larger programmes; it is not a default expectation set by the marketing site.
What are your AI integrations privacy and compliance posture?
Australian Privacy Principles (APP) on the data side; SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ACSC Essential Eight aligned on the controls side. Private-LLM deployments run inside the client tenancy, so confidential documents do not leave the organisation. HIPAA and GDPR-aware where the workload requires it.
