Which open-source language models do you deploy?
Llama (Meta), Mistral, Qwen, plus smaller specialised models (Gemma, Phi) where the workload fits. Selection is task-driven — we do not pick a model first and look for a problem. Hosted inside the client tenancy on Cloudflare Workers AI, AWS Bedrock, on-premise GPU, or Apple Silicon Mac mini cluster depending on data residency and throughput needs.
What is ERPNext and why open-source ERP?
ERPNext is an open-source enterprise resource planning system covering invoicing, stock, payroll, CRM and reporting. We deploy it (or Odoo where it fits better) inside the client environment, customise to existing workflows, and own the configuration end-to-end. The savings vs per-seat SaaS (NetSuite, MYOB Advanced) typically pay for the build inside year two.
Where does AI strategy live?
With Dynamis Advisory, not Digital. Strategy questions — "should we do this", "what is the vendor risk", "what governance does this need" — are answered upstream by the Advisory pillar. Digital is where the answer gets wired up, shipped, and where the hours start showing on the calendar each week.
How do voice agents integrate with existing phone systems?
Through SIP trunks (Twilio, Plivo, or your existing telco) — no need to rip out the existing PBX. The agent triages calls, takes bookings against your calendar (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Cal.com), captures messages and routes urgent ones to whoever is on call. Compliance with telecommunications recording rules handled per-jurisdiction.
What is an agentic workflow?
A multi-step automation that takes a brief and finishes a job — reviewing documents, drafting responses, syncing systems, escalating to a human when uncertain.
